Activation and Deactivation
An SSO Account can be in one of two states:
ACTIVE: The account is operational and clients can use the api.
DEACTIVATED: The account is disabled and cannot be used until reactivated.
An active account can be deactivated. No configuration is removed with deactivation, but it becomes inactive and the clients can no longer use the api.
Activating an SSO Account for the first time initializes a new empty account for SSO. Re-activating a deactivated account, re-enables settings settings and configuration as it was when the account got deactivated.
