# Configuration Symbols

These symbols apply throughout this document and refer to configuration options available for Event:

**†** Record verification - this feature is available if record verification has been enabled

**‡** Unencoded records - this feature is available if unencoded records have been enabled

**§** Linked records - this feature is available if linked records have been enabled
